From Charlie to Trevor.
A legacy carried forward.
One family company. Two generations of leadership. More than three decades of serving Mansfield and the DFW area.
Trevor on the roof, carrying the TOPS name forward.A father’s foundation. A son’s responsibility.
Built by Charlie.
Led today
by Trevor.
Charlie built TOPS into a family roofing company rooted in Mansfield. Trevor grew up with that name, then returned after military service to take responsibility for what his father had built.
Keep the legacy going.
That means preserving the values behind the company while carrying the work forward as a veteran-owned, family-operated roofing and construction business.

The story we carry forward
One name.
Two chapters.
TOPS is the story of a father’s company, a son’s return after military service, and the responsibility of carrying a family name forward.
Charlie builds the foundation
Charlie built TOPS as a family roofing business rooted in Mansfield. Faith, hard work, and lasting relationships shaped the company from the beginning.
Trevor comes home to lead
After serving in the military, Trevor stepped in to continue his father’s company. His leadership is a new chapter in the same 30-plus-year family story.
The promise stays personal
Today, TOPS remains veteran owned and family operated. The same local phone number, address, and long-standing roofing crew reflect the continuity Trevor is working to preserve.
